Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Rates
- Standard shipping - $8.00
- Free standard shipping on orders over $54.00
- Express shipping - $15.00
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery typically arrives 3-7 business days after dispatch. Express typically arrives 1-3 business days after dispatch. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email info@infinityaquaticsco.com and we will chase it with the carrier.
Lost or delayed parcels
If a parcel is marked delivered but you do not have it, please check with neighbours and around your building first, then contact us within 14 days and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and re-shipping to a corrected address is charged at the standard rate.
